Digital-Based Portfolio Assessment Competence of Early Childhood Educators

In today's era of digital-based learning management, educators must have knowledge and skills in the use digital technology teaching activities. This study aims to analyze data on competence portfolio assessment Early Childhood Care Education (ECCE) teachers who teach at Kindergarten Playgroup city Bandung. The research method used was descriptive with a qualitative approach. informants included 14 teachers, 3 principals, 1 vice principal. Data collection techniques this include in-depth interviews, non-participatory observations, documentation studies, relevant literature. analysis triangulation. results include: ECCE educators’ Lengkong District, Bandung City, are categorized as low still needs be improved. Especially related mastery media tools such Canva like, support students' schools. recommends improvement both through continuous training also establishment joint forum.
